Regulations

■ Regulations

• The tournament will be played in accordance with the regulations of Japan Football Association (Regulations will be the new one).
• Match balls will be size 4.

■ Tournament system

• The tournament will be 11v11.
• The clubs play the group matches, and 8 best teams go to the play off. (Direct elimination)

■ Playing periods

• Every match will be made up of two halves of 25 minutes. With 5 minutes break. (During the playing periods include substitutions and drink water).
• The play off of the group matches will be 2 halves of 20 minutes.
• The semifinal, third place play off　and final match´s break will be 10 min.
• In case of tied match, during the group matches will be finished as tied match, and play-off will play penalty kicks.  (3 penalties)

■ Substitutions

• From players registered in advance, substitutions are allowed until 3 times during the match. (Substitutions made during the half-time will not be counted. Players who are substituted can return to play in the same match. One substituion can enter unlimited number of players.)

■ Disciplinary

• The player who was banned at this tournament will be sanctioned for the next match.
• The player who was given yellow card for twice during the group matches, will be suspended for the next play-off match.
• If this suspension is not completed during the group matches, this player will be suspended for the next play-off match.
• If the player was given one yellow card during the group matches, this caution will not be counted for the play-off round.

■ Stopping of the tournament due to thunder or any other bad weather

• The decision will be made by the executive committee.

■ Rules of the classification of the group matches

The classification will decide accordance with the points. Win: 3 points, draw: 1 point and loss: 0 point. If the several teams are draw, it will be decided accordance with:

1. gol difference of the games played in the group.
2. Total score number of the games played in the group.
3. Victory or defeat between the teams involved.
4. Any team not appearing at the match will forfeit the match 3-0.

■ Commendation

• For the champion, the second place team, the third and the fourth, and also MVP and the top scorer will be commended.

■ Others

• Any other issues which we have not mentioned about, executive committee has the right to make the final decision.
